STEVE WISEMAN

A driven and resourceful entrepreneurial professional with broad experience in acquiring and leasing commercial estate (total consideration north of $225,000,000), entitling, acquiring, and selling residential property (consideration more than $30,000,000), and raising private equity and debt (over $35 million) from both angel and institutional investors. His experience includes identifying investment opportunities, performing due diligence, initiating and managing business development projects, and establishing senior level relationships within the commercial real estate, telecommunication, educational, and private equity sectors.

Steve’s impressive background includes being James Cameron’s trusted advisor on real estate projects in California and New Zealand, as well as overseeing a 1MW solar array for the future productions of AVATAR 2 & 3, acting as project lead for 5 custom designed (Sun Flowers), dual axis tracking systems, which provide upwards of 90% of the MUSE Elementary School’s energy, and working in corporate development and co-producing a kid’s show about causes that aired on Netflix and PBS.

Steve enjoys spending time with his three children in the outdoors and can usually be found hiking, cycling, or swimming on the weekends. Additionally, Steve supports various philanthropic causes, such as raising funds i) to build a well in Africa and ii) for pediatric cancer research at CHLA, as well donating to various non-profit organizations.

Personal Achievements: Competed in the Malibu “Olympic” Triathlon in 2015 and 2016, Malibu Classic in 2021, a Century Ride in 2015, summited Mt. Whitney in 2010, and Mt. Kilimanjaro in February 2000.

REBECCA COHEN

Rebecca has a broad range of experience within industries such as retail, tech, and professional services. Her diverse background has helped her to gain an intense understanding of how to structure deals that meet owners’ strategic long-term objectives.

Prior to joining Impact, she supported her family’s real estate business and a large financial services company working with franchise owners providing end to end marketing support.

Rebecca’s experience in corporate America has taught her how to work with a variety of stakeholders – enabling all parties to find common ground, increasing the likelihood of positive outcomes for clients of Impact Capital.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling, ice skating, spending time with her family.
